Refund & Return Policy
Because all Genius Books products are digital downloads, all sales are final.
Once a digital file has been purchased or downloaded, it cannot be returned. For this reason, we do
not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges simply because you changed your mind or no longer require
the product.
However, if you experience any of the following:
- your file will not download,
- the file is corrupted,
- you receive the wrong product, or
- there is a technical issue with your purchase,
please contact Genius Books. We will gladly work with you to resolve the issue by providing a
replacement file or other appropriate solution where applicable.
