At http://KidsBooks.co.za, we currently sell digital ebooks only. Because our products are delivered electronically, there is no physical delivery or shipping involved.
Digital Delivery
Once your payment has been successfully completed, your ebook will be provided digitally. You will receive instructions or a download link to access your purchased ebook using the email address provided during checkout. Please ensure that the email address entered at checkout is correct. If you do not immediately receive your ebook, please check your inbox, spam, junk, or promotions folder.
Delivery Time
Digital products are generally delivered electronically after successful payment confirmation. No physical address is required, and no shipping or delivery fees apply. In some cases, delivery may be delayed due to payment processing, technical issues, or email delivery problems.
No Physical Delivery
Please note that KidsBooks.co.za does not currently ship physical books or other physical products. All products currently available for purchase are digital ebooks. If physical books are introduced in the future, a separate delivery and shipping policy will be provided and this policy will be updated accordingly.
Problems Accessing Your Ebook
If you have completed your purchase but have not received or cannot access your ebook, please contact us at support@kidsbooks.co.za with your order details so that we can assist you.
